Baker J: A Taste of France Arrives in Quest Hotel Tagaytay

Baker J launches its latest location at Quest  Hotel, Tagaytay. This marks the third branch after its first outlet at Crimson Hotel Filinvest  City, Manila. The brand, which is managed by Chroma Hospitality Inc., continues its expansion in the Philippines, serving Parisian favorites and other French-inspired dishes using locally sourced ingredients to a wider audience.

From freshly baked pastries like croissants to aromatic coffees and carefully curated dishes, Baker J Café Tagaytay offers a charming and inviting ambiance that promises to bring a culinary quest that will transport guests to the chic cafés of Paris.

Further elevating the experience during the launch, Baker J’s Executive Chef, Nicolas  Pasdeloup, personally prepared the dishes for our guests that demonstrated his exceptional culinary skills. He served French dishes such as Crème Dubarry, Joue de  Boeuf Bourguignonne, and his special take on Baba au Rhum. 

The management also unveiled their future plans which include the opening of their flagship café in Two Parkade, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. This expansion in the center of Metro Manila aims to solidify the presence of Baker J as a go-to destination for any  French culinary cravings.
