RLC Residences celebrates construction milestones for projects in Manila, Rizal, and Cebu
April is a memorable month for RLC Residences, as the residential division of real estate giant Robinsons Land recorded three construction achievements for Sierra Valley Gardens, Mantawi Residences, and Woodsville Crest.
Present during these milestones are RLC Residences key representatives along with the developments’ construction partners from Advanced Foundation Construction System Corporation, Terp Asia Construction Corporation, ArkNetInc., ASYA Design Partner, AMCON & Company, Inc., and W.V. Coscolluela & Associates who contributed to achieving these milestones.
The first two buildings of Sierra Valley Gardens and Woodsville Crest held their topping off ceremonies, marking the milestone of reaching their top floors. Meanwhile, Mantawi Residences held a groundbreaking ceremony which marked the start of the property’s construction in one of the most strategic locations in Cebu.
