Smart expands retail presence in Pangasinan and East Ortigas to enhance customer experience
Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) continues to invest in elevated customer experience with new and upgraded Smart Stores in Pangasinan and East Ortigas, positioning its retail locations as accessible digital hubs for connectivity and service.

The telco has expanded and refreshed its retail footprint in key locations, including SM Urdaneta and SM Dagupan in Pangasinan, as part of its broader effort to bring digital solutions, reliable connectivity, and personalized customer support closer to communities.
Pangasinan remains an important market for Smart, supported by a growing population, expanding commercial activity, and rising demand for mobile and digital services. By upgrading its stores in Urdaneta and Dagupan, Smart aims to improve customer access to connectivity solutions that support everyday communication, digital transactions, and online services.
The enhanced retail presence in the province supports Smart’s broader goal of enabling individuals, families, and businesses through dependable connectivity and practical digital innovation delivered closer to where customers live and work.
Smart has also strengthened its presence along the Ortigas Extension with a Smart Store at SM City East Ortigas, Pasig City, serving customers from Pasig, Cainta, and Rizal.
Designed as a modern digital hub, the East Ortigas Smart Store offers a welcoming and relaxed environment where customers can access a full range of services, including postpaid and prepaid SIM activation, plan subscriptions, device sales, billing and account management, technical support, reloading services, and value added digital offerings.
